As the founder of The Fulfilling Life Jennifer’s mission is to inspire, guide and support individuals to create a deep, rich and meaningful life one moment at a time. She is a Certified Positive Psychology Coach and a Certified Co-Active Coach through the Co-Active/Coaches Training Institute.
Jen is also a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and Certified Chopra Meditation Teacher as well as a Certified Mindful Leader Facilitator. Jen has completed training for the Teacher Certifcation Program through Mindful Schools and Koru Mindfulness. She loves sharing mindfulness with others and feels that her personal meditation practice has been transformative. Currently Jen is in her 2nd year of training in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and the US Berkley Greater Good Science Center. She is also a qualified level 1 MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) teacher through The Mindfulness Center at Brown University. Additionally, Jen has completed training as a Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher through The Center For Mindful Self-Compassion. Jennifer is a trained therapist and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Fordham University.
Jen believes that optimism, cultivating awareness and self-compassion are keys to navigating life’s challenges. She uses positive psychology, mindfulness, and creativity as tools to create a foundation of well being that supports individuals to feel grounded, more peaceful and joyful, even through difficult times.
